STARTING WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2013!! We are excited to announce that next week we will be launching Yoga- Blitz style! Power Flow with Joe Lomnicki the newest addition to Blitz Conditioning’s line of classes to keep you pushing your limits and achieving your fitness goals.

What is Blitz Power Flow?
A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.
It is likely to appeal to people who are already quite fit, enjoy exercising, and want a minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga.
Power yoga increases lean muscle tissue, burns calories, reduces body fat and improves flexibility while we turn up the music and have nothing but fun.
