We are a team! 90 Day Challenge Week 10

Over the last few weeks I’ve had lots of ups and downs, I’ve had some serious realizations and created some great relationships. I've also come to the realization that I LOVE group fitness! I love yoga (which I knew) and I LOVE this bootcamp, the women and energy are amazing and the ACCOUNTABLITY is well… Just that accountability. This past week I’ve been feeling great, tons of energy, feeling more disciplined and motivated, which is great… for me. I’ve noticed that my friends are having … [Read more...]

Motivation & Dedication – 90 Day Challenge

Where does motivation come from? Why the &%$#, do I have such great motivation some days and other days the only reason I do anything is cause I have too. I’m not to sure if such an extreme regime is the best way to start, I work out 5-6 times a week, some days its boot camp for 30mins and others it’s two hours of gym and yoga, fitting in 2-4+ hours of fitness a … [Read more...]

Fitness challenges are bullshit, so I’m going to do one!

A bit about me, I’m Sarah, I’m a coffee junkie (my world literally is all about coffee), I am a social butterfly, I’m an active member of my community and while I write this I’m exhausted from an early morning workout. In August when realizing that my 29th birthday was fast approaching I started to seriously think about how people become when they turn 30, I’m not stressed about the idea although I was concerned that the reason why people are stressed about “milestone” birthdays is because they … [Read more...]
