Blitz Obstacle Challenge!

As Erika mentioned last week we've had a resounding demand to bring back our challenges. Instead of the traditional 30 day challenge, we are taking it up a notch and making it a team event. Between July 15 and August 15th your team will accumulate as many points as possible by attending group classes (HIIT and Spin). One class equals one point for your team. A few weeks ago I was blogging about how masterfully I had beaten and overcome all the injuries that old age has thrown at me. Back to training hard without a care in the world and boom, my back gives out. Now I am blogging about my stupid back and how it completely seized up on me. Let's make March come in like a lion... and DOMINATE! CHALLENGE DEETS: You must sweat at Blitz Edmonton at least 4 times a week! Those sweat sessions must be an hour long and Personal Training sessions and Karma classes count. Once you have completed your sweat session you will mark it off on our participant board that will be located at the studio. You can not transfer your classes between weeks.
