Steve’s a #Nerd4Fitness & TECHNOLOGY

I don’t know about you fine folks, but scheduling a workout around everyday shenanigans can prove quite difficult for me.

Things go along swimmingly when suddenly the Real World, that crazy ol’ kook, knocks on your door and throws your whole day off in a tizzy.

Working out is like an L-shaped tetris block. If you can finagle it around a few things, your life becomes perfectly aligned and you get those much-needed bonus points. Technology has been my best friend when it comes to the fine art of Fit-Tetris. Case and point, technology helped me have a workout with Chris…3,000 KMs away!!!

All I needed was an iPad Mini, a good wireless connection, a venue and I was off to the races. In one hour, I worked out at the Hilton Garden Inn with as much intensity as if I stepped foot in Blitz.

Here are some photos from my experience:

I needed a mop because working out via the world wide web BLEW MY FREAKING MIND. Previously, I would use the excuse that I couldn’t workout because I didn’t know what to do. Now I have no excuse. You can have a workout buddy/personal trainer dialed in and ready to spot you with the press of a button. You can keep yourself, and your friends, accountable no matter where they live on this big blue ball we call home.

Technology is changing the way we live our lives and working out is no exception. You can connect and build communities on and offline to help achieve your fitness goals. I could keep writing about how awesome it is to be a part of an online workout, but wouldn’t it be better if you could find out for yourself?

Well now you can!

I want you to come to the workout party!

You’re cordially invited to attend an online workout session brought to you by the fine folks at Blitz Conditioning. It doesn’t matter where you live or your level of fitness, find out what it’s like to workout in the comfort of your own home.

If you are interested, post in the comments section below,  drop @christse_ a sweet tweet or an email Chris by filling out the form below and let him know you want in.

It’s FREE to try and will be an experience you won’t forget. Because there’s no such thing as strangers, just friends you haven’t met yet!

See you on the interwebz!
