Pushing The Limits.

There is something strange that happens after exercising for a period of time. We reach this epiphany where we move from saying “I can’t do this because…” to “I wonder how my body would react to this…”.

It’s not that exercise becomes all together fun or enjoyable; we simply thirst to push ourselves to new limits. We open the floodgates to becoming curious and adventurous about life and realize that our bodies are meant to be challenged and pushed. We might look at a situation differently or choose to do an activity that we never would have done before, and we perform things we thought were physical impossibilities that we can translate to greater aspects in our daily routines.

I’ve been privileged to be surrounded by a team of people who don’t fit the normal mould of society. We focus on pushing physical barriers because we realize that the mental barriers are interrelated, and we choose to play and experiment with everything. Life is fun when we ignore our self-imposed limitations and strive towards our goals and vision in life.

Take some time this week and reflect on how fitness has changed your approach in life!
