Down and Dirty Obstacle Course Workout

Here is the seventh instalment for the  Down N’ Dirty 5 km Obstacle Course! Today we have some workouts you can do on a bench to help get you ready to hop over obstacles!

Exercises:

  • Side Step-Up Hop
  • Gorilla Push-Ups onto the bench
  • Toe Taps
  • Hop Overs
  • Dips
  • Box Jump
  • One-Leg Bridges
