Down N’ Dirty: Workout 4

Here is the fourth workout in our prep to help you get ready for the Down N’ Dirty 5 km Obstacle Course!



Do each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break between.
Go through each exercise have a 1 minute break, repeat 3-4 times.

  • Squat Jump to Lunge
  • Sumo Pulse Squat
  • Alternating Side Lunge
  • Side Plank Crunch
  • Outside Mountain Climbers
  • Heel Kicks
