Down N’ Dirty Workout 2

Here is the second workout in our prep to help you get ready for the Down N’ Dirty 5 km Obstacle Course!

 

 

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break\

You may want to do a few warm-up sets of squats, lunges, or push-ups just to get the body warmed up

Go through each exercise and then take a 1 minute break before going through it all again

Repeat 4 times
