Diet – That other four letter word!

Fitness is just one part of the equation in good health and many of us have questions about what type of food we should be putting into our bodies. With all of the food fads and quick fixes we wanted to provide the real facts from an expert. We’re pleased to be bringing on Meagan McLavish as our Dietician! Meagan has been sweating it out with us for over a year now and has a great understanding of the needs of the BlitzFit community an integrating proper nutrition into a busy schedule. We know that, much like fitness, nutrition is something that requires accountability and goal setting. There is no quick fix. So, we’ll be offering the following:

Every Wednesday at 7:00 pm Meagan will be giving a quick 15 min chat about something related to food (feel free to drop us a line – –  if you have suggestions as to what you want to cover), then we’ll have a 45 minute question and answer time and goal setting for the week.

This class will be offered as a part of all of our programs – it’s one punch on a 10 class punch pass, part of our unlimited group class pass, part of the 30 Day Challenge (it doesn’t count as a sweat session… unless you’re doing burpees the whole hour), and complimentary with members who have purchased personal training sessions.

Only catch… we’re only letting 10 people into each session every week. We’ll have a digital sign up available on Monday or Tuesday every week and registration will close when all of the spots fill up.
