December Challenge

Snoman Pumping IronIt’s about that time of year again for festive feats and good eats! We wanted to keep you on track during the holiday month by offering something a little different in the challenge.

Challenge Details:

  • Sweat for 5 hours a week. (This can be done in a few ways):
    • You can workout in our group classes (Yoga counts as one hour) or with a personal trainer.
    • You can workout on your own: run, swim, yoga, bike, fitness classes at other gyms, anything you want!
    • You can workout using our weekly programs that will be emailed to you.
  • Once you have completed your sweat session you will mark it off on our participant board that will be located at the studio. If you aren’t at the studio, Tweet us (@BlitzEdmonton) or Instagram us (@BlitzConditioning) with a picture of your workout and use the hashtag #BlitzFit and we will mark it off on the board for you.
  • You can not transfer your sweat session between weeks.
  • You can not enter into challenges for back to back months.
  • If you complete the challenge we will give you festive ‘Finisher’ T-shirt.
  • The challenge starts on Monday December 1 and goes until Saturday December 27. Each new week starts on a Monday ends on a Saturday.
  • The cost of the challenge is $120.00+gst and includes unlimited access to all of the classes Blitz offers  as well as your ‘Finisher’ T-Shirt. (NOTE: we are not giving a free month if you complete this challenge.)

HOW TO REGISTER: 

  1. Fill out the form below
  2. You will receive an email telling you whether or not you have reserved a spot.
  3. You will have a week from the day you email to come in and pay for your spot if not your spot will be made available once again and you will have to re-register.

CLASS TIMES AT A GLANCE: *** NOTE OUR CLASS TIMES CHANGE DURING HOLIDAY WEEKS***

  • Monday: HIIT 6am, 6pm and 7pm
  • Tuesday: HIIT 6am, 6pm
  • Wednesday: HIIT 6 am, 6-7pm and Yoga 7:15-8:30pm
  • Thursday: HIIT 6am, 12pm, 6pm, and 7pm
  • Friday: HIIT 6am, and Karma HIIT at 6pm (by min. $5.00 donation)
  • Saturday: HIIT 10 and 11am
