Bridgette Jarosch

I was born and raised in Edmonton, and am actively involved in its vibrant community. When an opportunity came up to join the Blitz team I was thrilled to become part of this growing local business and amazing family.

Fitness has been a big part of my life since a young age – I have always enjoyed playing sports and joined volleyball, basketball, and track and field teams during my junior high and high school years. I have been instructing outdoor boot camps for 5 years and recently became a certified fitness professional (AFLCA certified) in 2013. I love to be outside and embrace Edmonton’s beautiful river valley and trail system.

As a result long distance running has also become a passion of mine. I have competed in several half and full marathons and hope to continue for years to come. In addition to working at Blitz I also volunteer at the Don Wheaton YMCA, where I instruct indoor cycle classes. I love the energy of group exercise classes and when that energy is combined with the intensity of a HIIT class – BOOM! I love it.

I like to think of myself as a positive and approachable fitness leader. I’m a strong believer in using fitness to take care of your body and mind – and promoting the things you love in life.
Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.
