Beginner H.I.I.T. Class!

In January we will be starting a beginner’s H.I.I.T. class!  These classes will have a maximum of 5-6 people so that we can provide even more one on one care for people who are just starting their fitness journey.  The goal of the class is to help people learn basic techniques like squats, push movements, pull movements, and help them move towards more complex movements.  Our goal in these classes are to build up strength and endurance in order to be ready for our regular H.I.I.T. classes which are known to be a little more intense!

Beginner H.I.I.T. classes will be held on the following days and times:

Wednesdays at 7:00 pm

Saturdays at 10:00 am

These classes will be one month commitments and we will take pre-registrations only so that we can ensure that people can learn and progress.
