A Fat Burning Shake – For Everyday Enjoyment!

A few years ago, I decided to create a new recipe when I became bored with my same old shake mix. I wanted it to be something delicious that I would like enough to enjoy often, so I made sure to use my favourite flavours. It was a process of trial and error finding the right mixture of ingredients, but I eventually found the perfect concoction to replace the common boring shake mix!

This shake recipe is meant for anyone, and it has no target group. Whether your’e trying to lose weight, gain muscle or just stay healthy, this shake is a great option to start your day! It is a great source of energy, carbs, and natural sugar which will provide anyone with a good source of energy and nutrients.

The best time to make and enjoy this fat burning shake is anytime the morning to early afternoon. Due to the fruit and carbohydrate content, your body will be able to utilize the sugar and carbs for energy throughout the day while also making sure to burn them off. It’s a win win!

THE shake recipe

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats (well blended)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 packs of stevia

Nutrients per serving

  • 240 calories
  • 4 grams fat
  • 90 mg sodium
  • 59 g carbs
  • 10 grams of fibre
  • 27 grams of sugar
  • 7 grams of protein

The orange provides natural healthy sugar along and pectin fibre, which aids in warding off fat buildup. Oats contain soluble fibre which helps resuce blood cholesterol, and almond milk is high in vitamin E which helps with detoxification and has good fatty acids.
